At Vinegar Syndrome, we strive for full satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your item is defective or arrives damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please note that opened media products cannot be returned unless they are found to be functionally defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs, booklets, and slipcovers are included to prevent further damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
